What counts as a "unit"?

Roughly one minute of standard 1080p video. Heavier footage like 4K HDR or RAW counts as more units per minute because it costs us more to transcribe and store. Each unit is $0.10, drawn from your prepaid credit as you process.

Is there a base fee or minimum?

No. There is no subscription and no monthly fee. You top up credit when you want, it burns down as you process videos, and an idle month costs you $0 — no seat fees, no tiers, no minimums.

Do you store my videos?

Source uploads and rendered clips both stay in private storage for 30 days, so you can re-download or re-export with different captions. After that, they're deleted.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the customer portal at any time. Your final invoice covers only the usage you accumulated up to that point — nothing else.
