Using HookHunter
You may use HookHunter to process videos you own or have the right to use. You're responsible for the content you upload or link. Don't submit content that infringes someone else's rights, depicts minors in unlawful contexts, or violates applicable law.
Account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity on your account. You can sign out or delete your account at any time.
Billing
HookHunter is pay-as-you-go. You purchase credits in advance; we deduct credits as you process videos, at the rates published on /pricing. Unused credits remain available on your account but are non-refundable except where required by law. Payment is processed by Stripe; you authorize Stripe to charge your saved payment method per the terms of each top-up.
Your content
You retain all rights to the videos and clips you produce through HookHunter. We hold a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We don't train models on your videos, and we don't share them with anyone outside the service providers listed in our Privacy policy.
Service availability
HookHunter is provided "as-is." We aim for high reliability but don't guarantee uptime or that any specific feature (for example, YouTube URL ingestion) will remain available, since some depend on upstream services that change behavior.
